Serving Suggestion
A warming pint to fortify you against the chills of the darker months. It goes exceptionally well with a lamb hotpot, especially if served next to a glowing fire in a country pub in the hills after a frosty walk to get there. It actually pairs very well with most red meat dishes.
COLLECTION DATE:
* 2 and 4 pint cartons can be purchased directly from the brewery without pre order.

'Sedimented' beer can last longer; however it needs more careful preparation, including 48 hours to settle, after which care should be taken to avoid moving or even knocking the beer, else it will serve cloudy
