Shere Drop
The flagship beer is pale in colour with a subtle hint of grapefruit and lemon in the aroma. The wonderful hop bitterness is complemented by a balanced malt flavour. The beer has a long finish, which is moderately dry.

Serving Suggestion
The Surrey Hills flagship and the perfect beer for almost any occasion, it is almost impossible to list all the times and places for drinking Shere Drop. Brewery favourites include washing down a pulled pork burger or simply accompanying a Sunday Roast.

* 2 and 4 pint cartons can be purchased directly from the brewery without pre order.
** Minipins and Polypins are typically served 'Bright', i.e. they are ready to drink, without needing any special preparation for the beer to settle; however, should be consumed ideally within 3 days. 'Sedimented' beer can last longer; however it needs more careful preparation, including 48 hours to settle, after which care should be taken to avoid moving or even knocking the beer, else it will serve cloudy
In order to buy the cask there is a £80 refundable deposit that can be settled at the brewery.
